Livestock Guardian Puppies
We believe the best way to protect your animals is with livestock guardian dogs (LGD’s). We researched breeds for years before we actually had animals to protect. We searched for proven sources who were breeding the temperament we were looking for; these are guard dogs, not pets…..they are wonderful at protecting feral farm children but this is just an added bonus. In 2021, we purchased our sire Apollo, a purebred Maremma from Old Crow Farm in Virginia. In 2022, we purchase our Dam, Athena, from Old 300 Farm in Texas. Athena is 50% Maremma, 50% Great Pyrenees. Our pups are 75% Maremma and 25% Pyrenees, which we believe provide the best of both breeds. Pyrenees have a roaming issue. They like to explore so much that they will sometimes stray from their animals or even leave the farm in pursuit of something they hear or smell. Maremma are stay at home dogs and rarely stray, but they are undersized compared to the Great Pyrenees. In mixing the two, we have found the pups to be larger but with similar mental attributes to the Maremma, which are more desirable, especially on a homestead. We intend to have another litter around April 2025. Please fill out our form to get on the notification list. We only sell our LGD’s to working farms. They are working dogs and need a job protecting animals in order to function properly.

Once born, we will send out an email alerting everyone on this list, and a 50% deposit will be required at time of purchase. We interview all customers prior to accepting payment. If you do not have an active farm with animals in need of protection, we cannot sell our dogs to you.
